Please note – when attending a tattoo appointment, please be mindful of accidental pigment marks/spill. We advise you do not wear anything of value as we cannot take responsibility if clothing is permanently tarnished.
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

We do not issue refunds for products or services.

A non-refundable 20% deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. The remainder is due at the time of treatment.

If you have made a booking and are unable to attend, please call the clinic and speak directly to the staff. In most cases we are able to rebook you for a suitable time and treatment. You must provide 48hours notice for all skin appointments and 72hours notice for all tattoo/injectables appointments in order for your paid deposit to be put towards a new appointment; however if the new appointment is for a more expensive treatment you may be required to pay the difference in deposit.

If you cancel without rebooking or do not attend a booked appointment we reserve the right to retain your deposit.

If you have not attended 2 or more appointments, 100% of the service fee will be required in advance to book a new appointment.

In the case of pre-paid treatments, if you do not show up to your appointment or cancel without notice, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited. This amount is not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas of clinic locations. Pre-paid appointments have a 6 month expiry date.

Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients it is ultimately your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.

In order for us to provide you with a great service it is essential that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.
COSMETIC TATTOO APPOINTMENTS

Please ensure that you read the 'pre-care' information to ascertain whether you are eligible for cosmetic tattoo.

You are required to purchase and apply your own numbing ointment in accordance with your pharmacists instructions.

Perfection Visits (6 week touch-ups) for Cosmetic Tattooing are charged separately at a rate of $99 per appointment if you rebook with the same artist who completed your initial tattoo. If you are seeing a different artist, a Perfection Visit will cost $150 as the artist will need to complete a new on-the-spot consultation. You may require multiple Perfection Visits to achieve the desired result.

INJECTABLES APPOINTMENTS

Our prices are a guide only based on standard dosing. If a client requires more than the standard dose to treat the selected areas, additional payment will be required. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases a package but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product units in the package in the one appointment.

The number of units administered will solely be at the discretion of the medical practitioner prescribing the product.

Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment and one individual person.

Packages cannot be split over appointments.

Packages cannot be shared between two people.
